The ground rules for useful, consent-aware follow-up.

Ringwisp provides software for local teams to organize missed calls, service requests, follow-up conversations, and appointment handoffs. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and only in compliance with applicable laws and the permissions of the people whose information you enter.

You are responsible for your account, your workspace settings, the accuracy of the information you provide, and activity carried out through your account. Keep access credentials private and tell Ringwisp if you believe an account has been used without permission.

You retain responsibility for the content and data you submit to Ringwisp. You grant Ringwisp the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to provide the service and its related support and security functions.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not use Ringwisp to impersonate someone, send unlawful or abusive messages, collect information deceptively, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another workspace or account.

Ringwisp may evolve features, limits, integrations, and workflows as the service develops. We may temporarily limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse, address security concerns, or perform maintenance. We will aim to communicate material service changes through reasonable product or account channels.

You may stop using Ringwisp at any time. Workspace data and account closure requests are handled through the available product controls or by contacting Ringwisp. Some records may remain for operational, security, backup, or other legitimate purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

After valid consent is provided for a workspace’s conversational SMS program, Ringwisp may send conversational and service-related text messages to the consenting phone number. Messages may include missed-call follow-up, service-request questions, status updates, and appointment coordination.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages where delivery depends on carrier or network conditions.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Ringwisp handles information and conversational messaging data. By using Ringwisp, you agree to provide any notices and obtain any permissions required for the information and messages your workspace manages.
